Terms of Service

  1. Service description: The business will provide carpentry and maintenance services, including but not limited to repairs, renovations, remodels, and custom projects. The scope of work and any additional services will be agreed upon in writing before the start of the project.

  2. Pricing and payment: The business will provide clients with a detailed estimate of the cost of the project and any additional services. The client will be responsible for paying the agreed-upon price, as well as any additional costs that may arise. Payment terms will be agreed upon before the start of the project.

  3. Scheduling and timeline: The business will provide clients with a detailed schedule and timeline for the project. The client will be responsible for providing any necessary access to the property and any necessary permits. The business will make all reasonable efforts to complete the project on time, but any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or by the client's actions will be beyond the control of the business.
